Mysql on Cygwin
メモです．
＃※印は実際につまづいた所です(´Ａ｀） 後で考えるとつまらんことでつまづいた・・・
１．Windows版のMｙSqlをインストール．インストール方法は適当．
mysql-essential-5.0.16-win32.msi
２．Linux版のソースをインストール
mysql-5.0.16.tar.gz
※ちゃんとしたソースをインストールしましょう(^^ゞ
３．untar
４．./configure --prefix=/usr/local/mysql --without-server
※/usr/srcなどで展開しないと，make installのときに変なinstallが使われる．
なぜかhomeにあったns/installが使われてた．マジで！
５．一部をコメントアウト
grep -rl "#pragma interface" * | xargs -r sed -i "s/#pragma interface/\/*#pragma interface*\//g"
６．make, make install
７．DBにアクセスするときは無理やりTCP/IPを使います
$mysql -h 127.0.0.1
その他
APIを使うときの注意
-dlをつけてコンパイする場合は，以下をやっておく
$ cd /usr/lib
$ ln -s libcygwin.a libdl.a
libmysqlclient.so: undefined reference to `uncompress'
というエラーがでるときは，コンパイル時に-lzをつけましょう．
MySQLでInsertのとき，”Too Long・・・・”というエラーが出たら，日本語コードの問題なので
my.iniの以下をコメントアウトする．
#sql-mode="STRICT_TRANS_TABLES,NO_AUTO_CREATE_USER,NO_ENGINE_SUBSTITUTION"
これでもダメな場合は，素直に以下のコマンドで，文字コードを設定する．
mysql> set names sjis;
